TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. Design
1.1 Material
The panel is made of Q235 steel by hydraulic drilling machine;
Panel thicknesses mainly include: 5mm, 4.5mm, 2.5mm, 2mm, 1.5mm, 1.2, 1.0,. It is different according to the tank size.
1.2 Flanges
Sectional panels should be pressed into double flanges at 45-degree and 90-degree angles to the surface of the plate on all four sides.
1.3 Reinforcement Method
All tanks are internally supported by angle irons to withstand the rigidity of the tank when filled with water. The top panel is supported by a top panel support made of hot-dip galvanized material.
2. Accessories
2.1 Bolts, nuts and washers
Hot dip galvanized material.
2.2 Sealing material
Non-toxic PVC and rubber foam tape will be used between the joints.
2.3 Covers
The tank cover will be made of hot dip galvanized material with a thickness of 1.4 mm to 3.0 mm according to the requirement.
2.4 Stairs and Level Indicator
The external staircase will be made of hot dip galvanized material.
APPLICATION:
This water tank is applied for heating system, condensate tank and construction, geological exploration, industry, National defense project etc. Various industries, civil water supply, HVAC, fire fighting, food, beverage, water treatment, medicine, petroleum, chemical etc. Flexible, reasonable plate design, suitable for all size combined water tank.
Recommended pH range: 6.5-8.5, lifespan: ≥20 years
Installation Instructions:
1. Water tank foundation requires the geometry dimensions of the concrete foundation to follow the relative requirements of GB02S101 to be made. The height tolerance of the concrete foundation is <5mm;
2. Water Tank Installation: Construction and Acceptance: professional welders welding with argon arc welding on site;
With standard power in the construction area;
Around the water tank, there are ≥500mm intervals for inspection;
Visual inspection: no rust, no pollution; cabinet without obvious deformation, welds without leakage;
It is sufficient to fulfill all the conditions stated above.
