Akyazı KYK Dormitory for 900 People
🏢 Akyazı KYK Dormitory for 900 People – Fire Safety and Infrastructure Improvement Project
As Alfa Engineering, we have begun a comprehensive study to bring the 900-person Akyazı KYK Dormitory into full compliance with fire regulations.
Within the scope of our project, which will last approximately 3 months:
📌 We are removing 150 dormitory doors that are not fire-resistant and replacing them with doors that are 30 minutes fire-resistant, have fireproof seals and a self-closing mechanism.
📌 We make smoke detectors more functional and renew the sprinkler system in accordance with regulations.
📌 We install a gas FM200 fire extinguishing system in the electrical panel room.
📌 We are increasing the number of fire cabinets in the building and increasing the security level.
📌 We are elevating the 2000 m² hidden roof and transforming it into a roof with 30 cm overhang and eaves.
📌 We ensure that solar collectors operate at full efficiency by improving them.
